Hi! We’re Partners in Comms – an internal communications team that’s spent nearly a decade helping organisations communicate better.

We got into internal communications back when it was still uncharted territory for most Lithuanian companies. Since then, we’ve grown alongside our clients, published three books, and helped hundreds of people sharpen their skills through our training programmes.

Our goal is to be a true partner to your organisation. We’re in it for the long haul – building trusted relationships that start with identifying what’s getting in the way of good communication, developing a strategy, and staying by your side through training, support and consulting.

I’m a strategist, internal communications expert and hands-on practitioner. Over the past decade, I’ve developed effective communications strategies that help organisations grow and navigate change. I consult with leaders and deliver training because I believe good communication can transform people’s working lives.

My change and culture-building projects have earned two International Association of Business Communicators awards, along with PR Impact and Best HR Practices awards in Lithuania. I’m also co-author of three books on internal communications. Whether in writing or speaking, I share what actually works when it comes to connecting people and organisations.

GIEDRĖ SIMANAUSKAITĖ

I’m a communications strategist who’s been fascinated by how this field helps people feel heard and engaged ever since university. My approach blends communications with psychology and anthropology – disciplines I explored throughout my studies. I design and conduct research within organisations, helping people and companies strengthen their internal communications and build genuine employer identity. I’m an associate professor of partnerships at Vytautas Magnus University and co-author of three books – I care deeply about sharing ideas that inspire and drive culture change from the inside out.

I’m passionate about nurturing the internal communications community because I believe sharing experience helps us get results faster and build better workplaces. I was named one of the top three young communicators in Europe, and my work has been recognised with PR Impact and Best HR Practices awards.
