THE CHALLENGE
The Bank of Lithuania struggled to attract employees with the necessary skills, while existing employees weren’t sufficiently engaged in shaping the central bank’s employer brand.
THE SOLUTION
We analysed the employer brands of competitors – assessing their public positioning and conducting qualitative interviews with their employees to understand how they perceive the Bank of Lithuania as an employer.
We audited the employer culture, internal communication, and content of the bank – assessing its organisational culture and internal communication through focus groups. This helped us formulate the client’s core employer values, develop an employer value proposition, and communicate it to prospective hires.
We organised a hackathon for Bank of Lithuania employees, soliciting proposals for ways in which team members could contribute to shaping the Bank of Lithuania’s employer brand.
The employer value proposition and employer brand tagline we developed for the client highlighted the unique aspects of its internal culture. We prepared an employer brand strategy and implementation plan to reposition the company in the eyes of talented employees.
THE RESULT
The plan is currently being implemented.
