LET'S MEET AT THE TRAINING
In a fast-changing world, communication is still one of the most important skills. Everyone needs it, from professionals to leaders of teams and companies.
That’s where we come in, the Partners in Comms team – Vija and Giedrė. We run the training ourselves and invite other experts in their field to join us.
Every day we work with professionals and organisations to help them grow and communicate better, so we have a very good idea of what the hot topics are right now.

TRAINING BY
VIJA VALENTUKONYTĖ – URBANAVIČIENĖ and
GIEDRĖ SIMANAUSKAITĖ
communication experts who have been working in this field for more than 10 years. Their joint book “An Organisation that Talks” has been widely read in Lithuania and has been republished. The communication partners provide training, conferences, consultancy and help companies achieve their strategic goals. Their work has been recognised with awards in Lithuania, Europe and worldwide.
WHAT DO PARTICIPANTS SAY?
“For me, this was one of the most valuable and meaningful trainings in recent years. The most useful part was about the communication audit and the clarification of the purpose of communication through the three prisms – know, feel/think and do. The practical exercises and the last exercise where participants could choose their own “trainers” and ask them questions were also clear and valuable. I really liked the structure, clarity and direction of the training.”
Paulius Stravinskas, HR and Communications Manager, Trelo
“The main thing I took away from the training was the importance of knowing your audience well and that it’s not just ‘all employees’. Audiences are different, sensitive and have very different interests and approaches. It was very useful to stop and think honestly about your people.”
Justina Dirginčienė, Internal Communications Specialist, ERGO Lithuania
“I really enjoyed the training, and was pleased to hear many practical examples and practices used in other companies. It was interesting to hear what works elsewhere, what doesn’t work, what inspires employees and what causes dissatisfaction. I also enjoyed the practical part of the training, it was fun to see my company from the side, to ask myself questions, to be inspired to act.”
Laura Matulaitė, Internal Communication and Employer Image Specialist
