EMPLOYER BRANDING: How to understand and communicate your strengths?
Lecturer Rolanda has put her experience in combining internal and external communication tools into a training course and invites you to talk about how to create an employer’s branding so that an external communication campaign becomes internal communication. Or maybe the other way around?
Rolanda will share examples, tools and insights that will help to involve employees in the development of the employer’s communication, to understand and showcase your true strengths as an employer and empower your team to become part of the communication.

a communication professional whose strength lies in combining internal and external communication so that they complement and reinforce each other. Rolanda has managed communications for the country’s largest insurance company and a leading pharmacy chain, and is currently working in aviation, where she is studying the subtleties of global communications.
“The most important thing is to speak when you have something to say.” – says Rolanda. And we all have something to say, we just don’t necessarily notice it. For her, communication is a planned, calculated and business-oriented process, where it’s all about showing what’s real and building external communication from the inside out.
This training is for:
